Seven Canyons World Innovators Fund Receives Refinitiv Lipper Award for Best Fund Over 10 Years Global Small-/Mid-Cap Funds 2019

SALT LAKE CITY — Seven Canyons Advisors announced that the World Innovators Fund has earned the Refinitiv Lipper Award for Best Fund Over 10 Years Global Small-/Mid-Cap Funds 2019. This is the second year in a row that the fund has won a Lipper Award for Best Fund Over 10 Years.

Lead portfolio manager Josh Stewart said,  “We are thrilled to be honored with this award for the second year in a row. It validates our strategy of seeking out solid long-term investments in the global market. For the 10 years that I have been co-managing this fund, we have traveled the world seeking out the best companies. Although these great companies are hard to find, we believe that their returns make the hunt worth it. This award is a nice recognition of those efforts and our investment philosophy.”

Receiving this honor in back-to-back years is no small thing, but Mr. Stewart was quick to say that he hopes to do it again next year. “We will continue to work hard for our shareholders and seek out the best global companies to invest in.”

Josh Stewart co-managed the World Innovators Fund under Wasatch Advisors with his father, Wasatch Advisors founder, Sam Stewart. Last September Josh and Sam brought the World Innovators Fund over to Seven Canyons Advisors, where they continue to manage the fund with the same time-tested investment strategy and mandate.
